The Notice of Motion dated 15th May, 2025 seeks, inter alia that judgement be entered in terms of the Certificate of Costs and decree be issued in favour of the advocate/applicant. The application also seeks for an order that costs of the application be provided for. 2. The application was supported by the contents of the Supporting Afidavit sworn by Silvia Nyambeki Advocate. The application was not opposed. Afidavit of Service filed shows that the respondent was duly served with the application and hearing notice. 3. However, the court notices the discrepancy between the amount of Kshs.971,944.27 in the Certificate of Costs and the amount of Kshs.342,720.60 in the ruling of the Taxing Master dated 9th November 2023.
