The only outstanding issue in the application dated 20/5/2025 is the question as to which court should hear the three cases. Parties to the three cases have today invited the court to adopt a consent to the efiect that Tigania SPMC E & L Case No. E137 of 2023 shall be transferred to Meru ELC and shall, upon registration at Meru ELC, be consolidated with Meru ELCL Case No. E018 of 2024 which has already been consolidated with Meru ELC Land Case No. E002 of 2025 [previously Meru CMC E & L Case No. E065 of 2025]. 2. The court has considered the parties’ consent and does not have a proper basis for rejecting it, moreso given that there already exist at Meru ELC two out of the three related suits. 3.
